Rena Beyer, MWS, LCSW

Rena Beyer, MSW, LCSW is a psychotherapist, financial coach, and divorce coach and the founder of Fostering Greatness, a psychotherapy private practice located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Rena works alongside Dr. Sullivan at Initia Nova as the Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy therapist of the practice.

Rena has been a licensed psychotherapist since 2013 working in various settings: in-home therapeutic services, therapeutic foster care, residential treatment facilities, public schools, fertility clinics, and private practice. Her background is in both Psychology and Social Work and she has advanced training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Rena works with clients of all ages addressing various therapeutic needs including trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, suicidal thoughts, behavioral concerns, relationship concerns, as well as problems related to depression, anxiety, anger, and stress. Furthermore, Rena also works as a divorce coach in the collaborative divorce process and as a financial coach assisting her clients in becoming debt free and organizing their finances. Lastly, Rena also works alongside local fertility clinics conducting assessments and evaluations for donors, gestational carriers, and intended parents.

Rena has been conducting Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy since 2017 and specializes in treating clients suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and/or substance use disorders.

Rena is honored to be on the Board of Directors for The American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists, and Practitioners, where her goal is to further the contributions psychotherapy has brought to the field of ketamine therapy.
