For Those Dedicated To The Safe Clinical Use Of Ketamine.
As required by section 6033(e) of the Internal Revenue Code, we are required to inform you that nine percent (9%) of your annual membership dues are allocated toward expenses incurred by the American Society for Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists and Practitioners for lobbying activities. This amount is not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
