Teresa has worked with billion-dollar enterprises, scrappy startups, bluegrass legends, hip-hop icons, CEOs, emerging artists and everyone in between. She was also among the very first PR professionals to work with brands and researchers in the quickly growing psychedelics space. (And she is pretty certain she was the first publicist to get the words “magic mushroom” displayed above a stock ticker). She has been featured in Forbes, Thrive Global and Brit+Co. Evan Autry is a seasoned lobbyist and strategist with deep experience in Texas politics. Named the #1 “Rising Lobby Star” by Capitol Inside in 2023 and recognized among the Top Hired Gun Lobbyists in Texas in 2025, he is known for delivering results at the Capitol and beyond. Before founding Autry Public Affairs, he served as Political Director to the Texas Speaker of the House, overseeing a $6 million political operation during one of the most successful election cycles in recent House history. He previously spent nearly a decade as Director of Legislative Affairs for Texas’ rural electric cooperatives, where he helped advance policy on energy, utilities, and broadband expansion in rural communities. Evan began his career in the Texas House, serving as Legislative Director and Assistant Clerk for the Energy Resources Committee. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Texas Tech University and lives in Austin with his wife and two children.

Kathleen Barrett, Ph.D., is a strategic advisor and program leader focused on advancing clinical standards, education, and organizational alignment in complex healthcare environments. She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Geosciences from Arizona State University and a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, bringing a rigorous, data-driven approach to interdisciplinary work. At the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists & Practitioners, Kathleen supports the execution of Board and Expert Faculty priorities through strategic advisory and program management. Her work spans initiatives related to clinical guidance, education, and organizational development, with a focus on aligning stakeholders and advancing high-impact projects that strengthen safe, evidence-based ketamine care. Kathleen previously served on the ASKP3 Board of Directors, where she led the development of the Patient Portal, helped revise the organization’s Vision and Mission, and supported the creation of the Expert Faculty and strategic pillars. Her work emphasizes clarity, structure, and disciplined execution in support of patient-centered care.
