ASKP3 reserves the right to exercise sole discretion in the acceptance or refusal of exhibit space applications.  Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and made based on date of received contract (paid in-full) and sponsorship level.

All ancillary events must be approved by ASKP3 in writing and must not conflict with Meeting events.  For more information, contact ASKP3 Headquarters by emailing info@askp.org.

Exhibit fee includes a 6’ classroom table, two chairs and a waste basket.  Additionally, exhibit fee includes access to all attendee refreshment breaks, breakfasts with exhibitors, exhibitor reception, and lunch with exhibitors.  This does not include electricity.  Additional booth representative passes may be purchased for $599 per person.

ASKP3 has secured discounted room rates at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, 1550 Court Place, Denver, Colorado. The discounted room rate is $299/night plus applicable taxes. Ask for the “ASKP” rate when booking your room.

Book your sleeping room accommodations by August 20 to take advantage of the discounted room rate. Discounted rate available until rooms sell out.

A refund less a $250 processing fee will be available for written exhibit space cancellation requests received by ASKP3 Headquarters by August 3, 2026.  No refunds will be available for exhibit space or sponsorships received after August 3, 2026.  In the event that the program is canceled or postponed, we will not be responsible for any travel costs or expenses, including cancellation/change penalties assessed by airlines, travel agencies or hotels.

Please note, ASKP3 cannot guarantee delivery of sponsored/logo items if sponsorship is not paid in full by August 3, 2026.  This applies to imprinted items such as tote bags and lanyards. 

To maintain the integrity and focus of our nonprofit Society’s Conference, onsite retail sales are strictly prohibited for all exhibitors. Exhibitors may showcase and demonstrate their products or services; however, any transactions or sales must be conducted outside the Conference venue. This policy ensures that the event remains centered on education, networking, and collaboration. Violations of this policy will result in removal from the Conference and potential future participation restrictions. If removed from the Conference due to violation of the Exhibitor Sales Policy, exhibitors are not entitled to reimbursement of their registration fees. 

To preserve the focus and category integrity of this conference, skincare products, services, and related treatments are strictly prohibited from exhibition, demonstration, promotion, or sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Topical products such as creams, serums, lotions, and oils;

• Facial or body treatments intended to improve skin condition or appearance; and

• Light-based treatments (e.g., LED, IPL, laser therapy) for cosmetic skin purposes.

Exhibitors found in violation of this policy may be subject to immediate removal from the exhibit hall and forfeiture of booth space without refund.
